5.1 E.G. mediates between users of the website and ladies/gentlemen or couples who offer their services on the website. Users declare to agree to be solely responsible for the correct fulfillment of the agreement(s) with the lady/gentleman or couple concerned. Users will make sure to fully and completely safeguard E.G. and her associates against any claims or demands from any party, including aforementioned ladies/gentlemen or couples.
5.2 Users shall not use mediation of E.G. for improper, unlawful or otherwise forbidden purposes.
5.3 E.G.’s only obligation is to perform to the best of her knowledge and possibilities and not to deliver certain results.
5.4 E.G. only renders a service which brings two parties together. E.G. shall not be a party to the actual transaction(s) between users who use mediation and the services of the lady/gentleman or couple. As a result of this E.G. has no control over the offered services, skills, credibility and identity of the parties, the observation of which by the parties involved in the mediation can not be guaranteed by E.G.
6. Services of the ladies/gentlemen or couples
6.1 All ladies/gentlemen or couples mentioned on this website work fully independent and of their own free will. They are not employed by E.G. and are fully responsible for their fiscal and legal obligations.
6.2 The rates as determined by the ladies/gentlemen or couples are determined by themselves and for this reason may vary from individual to individual.
6.3 E.G. does not accept any liability for wrongful mentions communicated by ladies/gentlemen or couples involved.
6.4 E.G. does not accept any liability for indecent or immoral offences committed by ladies/gentlemen or couples registered on the website.
6.5 E.G. does not accept any liability for damage and/or expenses from whatever nature which are suffered during, after or before using the services of one of the ladies/gentlemen or couples or of using of the E.G. website.
6.6 It is possible you’ll encounter the ladies/gentlemen or couples on websites of companies similar to E.G. as well. This is a free choice of the lady/gentleman or couple involved; there is no condition of  exclusivity  between E.G. and the lady/gentleman or couple.
6.7 If the lady/gentleman or couple offers services, the lady/gentleman or couple him/herself or themselves is/are responsible for transportation. If lady/gentleman or couple cannot be present at the agreed time, E.G. will not be responsible for that.
6.8 E.G. can never guarantee the availability of the lady/gentleman or couple as the lady/gentleman or couple are free to determine when he/she or they are available.
6.9 The lady/gentleman or couple always has the right to refuse you in advance or at the beginning of the date.
6.10 If during the date with the lady/gentleman or couple user causes situations such as excessive use of alcohol or drugs, violence, discrimination, undesired acts or other situations which lady/gentleman or couple deem threatening to their safety, the lady/gentleman or couple always has the right to cancel the date without reimbursing the fee paid by you to the lady/gentleman or couple.
6.11 The lady/gentleman or couple is free in his/her/their choice of clothing. If you have expressed special wishes to E.G. then E.G. will communicate those to the lady/gentleman or couple. However the lady/gentleman or couple is not obliged to comply with the request.
6.12 E.G. is never responsible for disputes between you and the lady/gentleman or couple before, during or after the date for which E.G. only acts as mediator and is not responsible for the complying of the lady/gentleman or couple with all the agreements during the dates.
7. Liability
7.1 E.G. only mediates and is no party in the resulting agreement between users and ladies/gentlemen or couples on the website.
7.2 E.G. is liable neither to user nor the ladies/gentlemen or couples on the website or third parties except for intent or gross guilt on the part of E.G. for damages or expenses of whatever nature which are suffered before, during or after an assignment or as a result of using the E.G. website.
7.3 Should E.G. be held liable by law, this liability is limited to at most the sum that is equal to the fee resulting from the mediation agreement between E.G. and the lady/gentleman or couple that is due at the moment the damage was revealed, such to a maximum.
7.4 E.G. is never responsible for indirect damage, including consequential damage, lost profit, lost savings and damage through stagnation of business.
